Background music and Music On Hold integration is essential to any business that has either numerous phone lines or speakers in the office, or both,  and needs a way to keep a customer’s attention and interest while they wait to speak to a representative or to receive some type of service.  A traditional music on hold system uses a pre-recorded CD that plays either a spoken audio message or  some type of  music as selected by the user.  The system will automatically play this CD on a constant loop without stopping or being interrupted .  This system works the exact same way for background music in the office or building of your choice, the difference being that the music would not be wired into your phone system, but rather your amplifier or other auditory device.
